Presentation preparation Please remember when preparing your oral presentations, if your presentation has video content, you must supply all original video files along with your presentation. If you have embedded your videos and do not supply the original video files with your presentation, the videos will not play. All presentation computers are PCs, so if you have created your presentation on a Mac and have photo content, you must supply the original photo files with your presentation, otherwise it is highly likely your photos will not display without the original file being present. For poster presenters, remember, the maximum dimensions of your poster are 1,200mm high x 950mm wide, in portrait style only. ePosters If you are presenting a scientific poster at ICRS 2012, you are invited to archive your poster on the ICRS 2012 website. Upload a PDF file of your poster here by Friday 29 June. Invitation to a Coral Triangle Initiative Meeting You are invited to attend the Science and Governance in the Center of Global Marine Biodiversity: The State of the Coral Triangle Reports meeting which will be held on the afternoon of Saturday 7 July in Cairns. The event sees the release of the State of the Coral Triangle Report and will be attended by representatives of each of the six Coral Triangle countries.
