The deadline for requesting a meeting room online has now closed; please direct all future requests to info@icrs2012.com. Please note that as the deadline for booking an additional meeting space was 18 May 2012, we are unable to guarantee a meeting room at the ICRS 2012 venue and your meeting will not be printed in the program book.

The Organising Committee welcome the organisation of associated meetings and functions by your society or organisation, to take place alongside ICRS 2012.

Before making a booking to secure a room, please note the below:

1. All meetings and bookings that take place as a Theatre Style set-up, between 0700 and 1900 from Monday 9 July to Friday 13 July 2012 will not incur a room hire charge;
2. Your meeting or event will be allocated to a time that does not overlap with the ICRS 2012 Scientific Program;
3. If the time you request for your meeting falls between the hours of 1900 and 0700, a fee may be charged for additional security;
4. The Organising Committee reserve the right to refuse any bookings they deem unrelated to ICRS 2012; and
5. Once you receive confirmation of your room booking with the name of the Meeting Room you have been allocated, please contact Jillian Causer, as follows, to make catering, audio visual and room layout arrangements:
